Opportunities

Since ERIS is about establishing a new field of research, we are looking forward to collaborating with new ideas you might like to propose.  While on some occasions we might have specific ERIS fellowships to fund postdocs and students, becoming part of our team is also possible with independent funding.  Indeed, most of our members have their own grants.

We therefore support and welcome enthusiastic candidates willing to apply for their own funding to join ERIS. In Chile, we support applications from e.g. National grants from the Agencia Nacional de Investigación y Desarrollo (ANID),  such as, ALMA-ANID, FONDECYT, Joint ESO-Chile committee as well as the ANID PhD and master fellowships. We also support exchange students from other universities.
